She has made a name for herself through modelling for the likes of Tatler, Vanity Fair, Vogue and Love, and is now best known as a DJ and member of electronic rock band The Big Pink.

Meanwhile, Daphne, 57, daughter of Jonathan Guinness and Suzanne Lisney and granddaughter of Diana Mitford, commanded attention thanks to her bold bouffant hairdo.

She caught the eye in an elegant black frock coat with a ruffled neck and matching shorts, teamed with a towering pair of platform heels.

She added to the avant-garde look by sporting a quirky metallic glove on one hand and painting silver stripes over her eyebrows, ears and down her jawline.

While daughter of Patrick Guinness and Liz Casey, Jasmine, 48, opted for an elegant black gown, with a one-shouldered design and a Grecian-inspired draped silhouette.

Edward, 56, 4th Earl of Iveagh and son of Benjamin Guinness appeared in cheerful spirits, looking sharp in a grey suit and blue shirt.

Brewery heiress Celeste, 35, stole the show in a black satin suit adorned with Guinness-themed patches and safety pins and sporting a punk-style shaggy mullet.

Posing up a storm for the photographers, she then sent pulses racing as she opened her jacket to reveal her bare chest underneath for a daring look.

While Ivana, 59, opted for timeless elegance as she slipped into a lacy black dress encrusted in sparkling gems that clung to her svelte figure.

Ivana is the daughter of novelist Lady Caroline Blackwood and granddaughter of one of the ‘golden Guinness girls’ Maureen, Marchioness of Dufferin and Ava.

It was her who came up with the idea for the House Of Guinness, after being inspired while watching Downton Abbey to tell her family’s own ‘juicier and more interesting’ story.

She wrote a 20-page television treatment of the story of her ancestors, which has now been brought to the screen by Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight.

Speaking to The BBC this week, Ivana explained that she had created the character of Sean Rafferty, a handsome brewery foreman played by James Norton, to provide ‘the conflict and the passion that makes a story interesting’.

She explained her desire to do her ancestors justice, admitting: ‘I didn’t want them to be villains, but any business person has to be ruthless, especially in those times.’

But she also insisted that today’s Guinness family were not bothered by her airing the dirty laundry of their predecessors, saying: ‘We are not high and mighty about our reputation, we have a very good sense of humour about ourselves’.

Speaking about working with Ivana to create the gritty eight-part series, Steven gushed: ‘Ivana is an absolute mine of information and untold stories about the family going back years.

‘Meeting her was the best bit of research imaginable because you didn’t just get the stories, you got the [family] confidence, and the spirit and the slight madness… I was hooked.’

According to Netflix, the series ‘explores an epic story inspired by one of Europe’s most famous and enduring dynasties – the Guinness Family.’

The synopsis continues: ‘Set in 19th-century Dublin and New York, the story begins immediately after the death of Sir Benjamin Guinness, the man responsible for the extraordinary success of the Guinness brewery.

‘And the far-reaching impact of his will on the fate of his four adult children, Arthur, Edward, Anne, and Ben, as well as on a group of Dublin characters who work and interact with the phenomenon that is Guinness.’

As well as Happy Valley actor James, the all-star line-up sees Masters Of The Air Anthony Boyle and Enola Holmes star Louis Partridge playing brothers Arthur and Edward respectively.

Emily Fairn, known for The Responder, steps into the role of Anne, and Normal People’s Fionn O’Shea rounds out the siblings as Ben.

The cast is further bolstered by Dublin-born actress Dervla Kirwan, and Game of Thrones favourite Jack Gleeson.

And James, 40, looked as dashing as ever for Tuesday’s premiere, exuding leading man charisma in a tailored dark navy suit with a matching blue button-up underneath and patent leather loafers.

House Of Guinness will chronicle the extraordinary success of the family behind the famous Irish brewery.

But behind the story of wealth and prosperity lies a tragic tale of seemingly endless misfortune for the family.

From Tara Browne, who died following a car crash in South Kensington, to scandalous affairs and divorces and the tragic drowning of Honor Uloth aged just 19 in 2020, the family seems to have been dealt a series of devastating blows.

The personal losses faced by the Guinnesses have become so infamous that it is thought to be ‘cursed’, despite holding a fortune of over £900million today.

Speaking about the show, creator Steven commented: ‘The Guinness dynasty is known the world over – wealth, poverty, power, influence, and great tragedy are all intertwined to create a rich tapestry of material to draw from.

‘I’ve always been fascinated by their stories and am excited to bring the characters to life for the world to see.’

House Of Guinness is scheduled to premiere on Netflix on Thursday, September 25.

‘While we are cautiously overjoyed, we carry awareness of the quiet struggles many face, and we send love to those hearts too. We know so many people are still waiting for this kind of news.’

The former competitive swimmer already shares son Albie, two, with husband Andy Parsons as well as daughter Summer, eight, from her previous marriage with ex-husband Harry Needs.

Fans and celebrity friends including Sam Quek and Holly Ramsay rushed to comment to congratulate the couple.

    They wrote: ‘Beautiful news guys, Congratulations xx ❤️ Big love; A little brother or sister for Summer and Harper, sending you love xxx;

‘Aahhhhhh I’m so made up for you both ❤️. Sending all the love in the world; Awh I just gasped with joy! Big squeezy hugs all round’.

Last month, Rebecca opened up about the heart-wrenching reminder of her second miscarriage that left her ‘hating her body’ when she got home from hospital.

The TV star and husband Andy spoke to This Morning hosts Emma Willis, 49, and Craig Doyle, 54, about their two devastating miscarriages – in a bid to raise awareness and help anyone else who has suffered.

Rebecca had her first miscarriage at 12 weeks back in 2022, and was told that she had a molar pregnancy – so this resulted in her having emergency surgery.

A molar pregnancy occurs when a lump of abnormal cells grows in the womb instead of a healthy foetus.

The following year she was told about her second miscarriage at her 20-week scan, and she had to give birth to her child – and she really struggled to look at herself afterwards because it looked like she was still expecting.

Speaking about her heartbreaking ordeal, Rebecca bravely told ITV viewers: ‘I was angry at my body, my body let me down, it didn’t give me that: “This is going wrong! Go get help!”

‘It didn’t tell me anything. I had no symptoms. That was really hard to get over, and afterwards as well, you still look pregnant.

‘That is very hard to deal with, the fact that you give birth, the baby isn’t alive, and then you go home, you have to look in the mirror as a woman and still look 20 weeks pregnant.

‘It’s incredibly hard. I hated my body, I fell out of love with my body, even though my human body delivered two healthy children, four Olympic gold medals and yet I just couldn’t understand why it had let me down now.

‘And the second time as well. It’s hard the second time around.’

During the interview, Andy gave the partner’s perspective, and he said: ‘well straight away my role was the supportive role, I was supporting Becky from the off, when it happened.

‘From there, all energy and thoughts are with Becky, its her body, her trauma, it’s her issue essentially with what’s happened.

I was good at my role, and quickly realised that I was dreading the conversation of someone asking me how I was because I knew I would break down.

  • Demi Moore Electrifies Milan Fashion Week in Jaw-Dropping Gold Gown, Joining Gwyneth Paltrow and Lila Moss to Unveil Gucci’s Bold, Sexy New Era in Stunning Short Film Premiere – A Night to Remember! – News

As Gucci launches its exciting new era under creative director Demna, it kicked off Milan Fashion Week in style with the premiere of an eye-catching new short film.

And Demi Moore, Gwyneth Paltrow and Lila Moss were among the big names making their arrival in the Italian hotspot to celebrate the film’s release on Tuesday.

The actress, 62, turned heads as she arrived in a timeless gown with gold and burnt orange embellishments covering the dress.

Gwyneth, 52, took inspiration from the iconic designer with a head-to-toe outfit in Gucci’s iconic print as she posed ahead of the showcase.

Lila, 22, who just hours earlier had graced the front row at the Burberry show in London, opted for an edgy black leather mini skirt and matching snakeskin boots.

Finishing her outfit with a chic black jumper, Lila accessorised with a matching handbag as one of the first arrivals at the screening.

Demna, who is the former creative director at Balenciaga, has only been at the helm of Gucci for a few weeks, and his first collection was quietly launched just hours before The Tiger’s premiere.

The film has been director by renowned filmmaker Spike Jonze and Halina Reijn, and stars Oscar nominee Demi.

Speaking about his new era as head of the brand, Demna called the debut collection ‘unapologetically sexy, extravagant, and daring.’

‘The collection named La Famiglia marks Gucci’s return to storytelling, going back to the future by way of the past, defining the aesthetic based upon which Demna’s Gucci vision will be built, leading up to his first show in February [for the Autumn/Winter 2026 season],’ a press release announcing the collection said.

No doubt it’s a stark contrast to the previous creative director Sabato de Sarno’s more restrained style, which focused on refining the everyday wardrobe.

‘It’s a borghese [bourgeois] version of Demna, with very clear silhouettes’, fashion consultant Dryce Lahssan told Vogue Business.

‘Demna is a master of storytelling. Everyone can relate to a character of the Gucci family. With this first collection, he is taking ownership of Gucci’s heritage; reinvention has not yet begun. Still, it marks an exciting moment for the house.’

Benjamin Simmenauer, professor at Institut Français de la Mode, added: “It’s clear that this first creative step is meant to reassure people and perhaps investors that Demna is capable of adapting his style to something less radical.

Lila’s appearance at this latest series of presentations comes after she fronted a new campaign for Barbie’s first-ever ‘diabetic doll’.

The doll features a continuous glucose monitor and insulin pump, which Lila – who lives with type 2 diabetes – has spoken about using in the past.

Barbie manufacturer Mattel says it made the first Barbie with type 1 diabetes (T1D) so more children could see themselves reflected in its range of dolls.

Lila previously discussed her condition during a segment on Vogue’s In The Bag YouTube channel after making the unconventional decision to wear the monitor on the catwalk.

‘This is very important to keep in my bag, it comes with me everywhere.’

The star – worried her essential device could get lost – added: ‘I even have an Apple AirTag to follow it around with my phone.’

Speaking about her condition in 2020, she told The Kit: ‘I think not many people know that I have diabetes. It’s not visible from the outside, so no one would really know just by looking at you.’

‘There are prints and silhouettes that evoke Tom Ford and Alessandro Michele, and this collection leans heavily into the archives.’

She said: ‘I have some sugar tablets, in case my blood sugar goes low. I’m diabetic, so I have this, which controls a pod on my leg, which gives me insulin.

  • Strictly in Crisis! Second Celebrity Quits in Shock Exit Just Weeks After Thomas Skinner Scandal – Viewers Furious, Producers Scrambling to Save Show From Complete Collapse in Explosive Backstage Fallout – News

Strictly Come Dancing was plunged into turmoil last night as one of its biggest stars was forced to quit after sustaining a serious injury while training.

Former Love Island contestant Dani Dyer, 29, was left ‘heartbroken’ as she had to pull out of the dance competition after fracturing her ankle during rehearsals.

Her withdrawal adds yet more pressure to Strictly bosses – actor Kristian Nairn quit the series for medical reasons just last month.

The beloved BBC series also came under fire earlier this month when contestant Thomas Skinner stormed out of a press conference, bringing his appearance on the show into question by viewers.

Ms Dyer, the daughter of Rivals actor Danny Dyer and wife to England footballer Jarrod Bowen, issued a statement on Tuesday, saying: ‘I had a fall on Friday in rehearsals and landed funny.

‘I thought I had rolled my foot but it swelled up badly over the weekend and, after an MRI scan yesterday, it turns out I have fractured my ankle.

‘Apparently doing the quickstep on a fracture is not advisable and the doctors have said I am not allowed to dance, so I’ve had to pull out of the show.

‘To say I’m heartbroken is the biggest understatement,’

It was revealed during Saturday’s launch show – which was recorded before her fall – that the reality star would be partnered with pro Nikita Kuzmin, 27.

She was set to dance a quickstep in the first of the live shows against her fellow celebrities this Saturday.

‘I am so going to miss dancing with Nikita but will of course be watching closely and cheering all the couples on,’ Ms Dyer added.

Just days ago, the mother-of-three said: ‘I’m absolutely petrified about dancing live.’

The second blow to bosses comes weeks after Mr Nairn’s exit.

The Game Of Thrones star, 49, said: ‘With a heavy heart, I have to step back from this season of Strictly Come Dancing. I was truly looking forward to the journey, and I’m deeply sorry to disappoint anyone who was looking forward to seeing me on the dance floor.

‘Thank you all for your support and I will be back on my feet very soon, in every sense.’

The actor has starred in the West End’s Billy Elliot and even made the final of Sky’s Got To Dance series in 2013 aged 18.

However, Mr Cope’s Strictly partner, Katya Jones, insists his background is actually a ‘hindrance’.

She told the Radio Times: ‘I think everyone’s aware that Lewis can move and I’m looking forward to turning him into a ballroom dancer. But unlearning habits is harder than blank-canvas learning.’

In reply to the criticism, Mr Cope also said: ‘I haven’t worn a pair of tap shoes in17 years.’

Meanwhile, The Apprentice star Thomas Skinner – who is paired with Strictly pro Amy Dowden – has also been hit by scandal after he last week admitted cheating on his wife Sinead just weeks after their wedding in 2022.

He claimed the affair was a ‘moment of madness’ that saw him almost ‘ruin his life’.

It was not clear last night whether the BBC plans to replace Ms Dyer ahead of this weekend’s first live shows.

Sarah James, executive producer at BBC Studios, hailed the injured star. She wrote: ‘Dani has brought so much passion, joy and enthusiasm to Strictly, and her partnership with Nikita was off to the most sensational start.

‘Everyone on the show is incredibly sad that she’s no longer able to compete… We send her all our love and best wishes for a swift recovery, and we very much hope to welcome her back to the ballroom in the future.’

In 2019’s competition, fellow reality star Jamie Laing was forced to pull out after injuring himself in the week before the first live show.

His last-minute replacement, Emmerdale actor Kelvin Fletcher, went on to lift the glitterball trophy with dance partner Oti Mabuse.

  • INDIANA FEVER DESTROYED in Game 2 Blowout! A’ja Wilson and NaLyssa Smith EXPOSE Coach Stephanie White With Ruthless Performance That Has Fans Questioning Everything! – News

The second game of the heated playoff series between the Indiana Fever and the Las Vegas Aces took a dramatic turn as the defending champions unleashed a relentless assault on their opponents, dismantling them in a stunning performance.

Led by superstar A’ja Wilson and rising powerhouse NaLyssa Smith, the Aces executed with ruthless precision, leaving Indiana’s head coach Stephanie White scrambling for answers.

Wilson scores 25 points as Aces even WNBA semifinal series at 1-1 with blowout win over Fever

What was expected to be a closely contested game turned into a lopsided beatdown, and fans were quick to point fingers at coaching decisions, defensive breakdowns, and an overall lack of intensity from the Fever.

A’ja Wilson put on a masterclass in dominance, showcasing why she remains one of the most feared and respected players in the WNBA. From the opening tip, Wilson asserted herself in the paint, exploiting mismatches, drawing fouls, and knocking down mid-range jumpers with clinical efficiency.

She finished the night with a game-high 34 points, 11 rebounds, and 4 blocks, completely dismantling Indiana’s frontcourt. Her leadership on both ends of the floor set the tone for the Aces, who looked sharper, faster, and more cohesive than in Game 1.

On the other side of the ball, NaLyssa Smith proved she was no mere supporting act. The second-year forward stepped up in a huge way, not just contributing on the stat sheet with her 22 points and 9 rebounds, but also playing a critical role in limiting the Fever’s offensive momentum.

Smith’s defensive presence was especially felt in transition, where she disrupted passing lanes and forced turnovers that quickly turned into easy buckets for Vegas. Her energy, hustle, and physicality were instrumental in rattling Indiana’s rhythm, and she repeatedly exposed holes in Stephanie White’s game plan.

Much of the criticism following the loss has been directed at Stephanie White, who appeared unable to adjust as the Aces took control early and never looked back. Indiana’s offensive sets were predictable, often stagnant, and lacked the creativity needed to break down a championship-caliber defense.

Worse still, their defensive strategy left Wilson with far too much room to operate, and White’s reluctance to double-team or switch schemes allowed the Aces to exploit the same mismatches repeatedly. It was a tactical collapse that many analysts are calling one of the worst of the postseason thus far.

Fever dealt blow out loss by Aces in Game 2 | WANE 15

Indiana’s inability to respond to the Aces’ physical play and fast pace became evident as early as the second quarter, when Vegas went on a 17-2 run that blew the game wide open. Despite multiple timeouts and lineup changes, White’s adjustments proved ineffective.

The Fever looked disconnected, with poor communication on defense and little offensive flow. Kelsey Mitchell and Aliyah Boston, typically two of Indiana’s most reliable scorers, were held in check, combining for just 18 points on dismal shooting percentages. Without their usual offensive production, Indiana fell apart under pressure.

One of the most glaring issues was Indiana’s defensive coverage on pick-and-rolls. Time and again, the Fever’s bigs were caught in no-man’s land, neither switching nor hedging effectively.

Wilson and Chelsea Gray exploited this breakdown with ease, running crisp, efficient two-man action that left the Fever scrambling. On more than one occasion, Wilson slipped through for uncontested layups or drew fouls as defenders arrived late. It was clear that the Aces had done their homework, while Indiana seemed flat-footed and unprepared.

Adding insult to injury, the Aces’ bench outperformed Indiana’s reserves by a wide margin. Jackie Young and Kiah Stokes provided critical minutes and sparked runs that kept the pressure on.

Meanwhile, the Fever bench looked overwhelmed and disengaged, offering little support when the starters faltered. The lack of depth and strategic mismanagement of rotations only amplified the struggles of Indiana’s starting five, further cementing Vegas’ dominance.

Post-game, Wilson and Smith didn’t hold back in their interviews. Wilson acknowledged the team’s focus on exploiting Indiana’s weak interior defense, saying, “We saw the gaps and we attacked. We didn’t let up.”

Smith added that their goal was to “set the tone physically and mentally,” a goal they clearly achieved as they bulldozed through a defense that had no answers. Their comments were widely interpreted as indirect criticism of Indiana’s preparation and effort—an unspoken yet pointed jab at Stephanie White’s coaching.

Fans and analysts alike have begun questioning White’s future with the franchise if this trend continues. Though the Fever had shown flashes of promise throughout the season, the Game 2 collapse exposed deep flaws in strategy and execution.

The team looked unmotivated, unorganized, and lacking the fire needed to compete at the highest level. Social media was ablaze with critiques of White’s leadership, with some fans even calling for a change in coaching staff if the team fails to bounce back in Game 3.

While the Aces celebrated a statement win, the Fever left the court in stunned silence. The sheer disparity in effort and execution between the two teams painted a grim picture for Indiana moving forward.

With Game 3 looming, the pressure on White and her players is immense. They’ll need to regroup quickly, reassess their approach, and find a way to counter the Aces’ size, speed, and versatility if they hope to avoid a sweep.

Where to watch Fever vs. Aces today: WNBA semifinals free live stream - syracuse.com

For Las Vegas, this performance only solidifies their status as title favorites. With Wilson operating at an MVP level and Smith emerging as a dominant force in her own right, the Aces look every bit like a dynasty in the making.

Their chemistry, discipline, and killer instinct were all on full display, sending a clear message to the rest of the league: underestimate us at your peril. The synergy between veterans and young stars is proving too much for most teams to handle.

In contrast, the Indiana Fever now face an uphill battle, both on the scoreboard and within their own locker room. The onus is on Stephanie White to not only develop a new game plan, but also to re-instill belief and fight in her players.

If she fails to inspire a response in Game 3, questions about her leadership and the direction of the franchise will only grow louder. This loss was more than just a defeat; it was an exposure, a brutal unveiling of all the cracks beneath the surface.

As the dust settles on this brutal matchup, fans are left wondering whether Indiana can recover or if the Aces have simply proven too dominant. Game 3 will be more than just a battle for playoff survival—it will be a test of character, strategy, and resolve. But if Wilson and Smith continue at this pace, it might already be too late for the Fever.
