But Cardi B made sure to set the record straight about her new collaboration with Rita Ora which has caused a bit of controversy.
The 25-year-old singing sensation admitted on Twitter that she has been ‘with a lot of’ women as she defends GIRLS song amid backlash from the LGBTQIA community that the song is ‘tone-deaf’ when it comes to same-sex relationships.

‘Listen to ‘GIRLS’ by Rita Ora ft me @BebeRexha @charli_xcx,’ she tweeted on Tuesday morning. ‘We never try to cause harm or had bad intentions with the song.
‘I personally myself had experiences with other woman, shiieeett with a lot of woman! I though the song was a good song and i remember my experience.’
The song has many denouncing its questionable lyrics, with Rita Ora referencing her bisexuality, saying ‘I’m 50-50 and I’m never going to hide it.’
Cardi – real name Belcalis Almanzar – was quick to admit some of her shortcomings when it comes to appropriate vocabulary.
